We ship from our fulfillment centers within the U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time are usually processed same day (business days).

Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Opened products may be eligible for partial creditβsee details below.
Log into your account, go to Orders β View order β Start return, or use the form below if you don't have an account.
We'll email you an RMA and a pre-paid return label for eligible returns. Attach the RMA and drop the package with the carrier.
Once the return is received and inspected, we'll process a refund to your original payment method (3β7 business days) or send an exchange per your request.
Return exceptions
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not refundable.
- Sale items may be final sale (check product page if marked).
- Perishable items and certain PPE items are non-returnable.

How long until my refund posts?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing typically takes 3β7 business days depending on your bank.
Do I pay for return shipping?
We provide pre-paid return labels for most eligible returns. Exceptions apply for final-sale or international orders.
My package is marked delivered but I donβt have it β what do I do?
Check around the delivery area (porch, garage). If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number and then contact us so we can open a claim.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes β choose 'exchange' during your return request and include the replacement SKU. We'll process the exchange once we inspect the returned item.
